Our store is hosted on Wix. They provide us with the secure online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, or exploit any portion of our website, without express written permission by us.
When placing an order with us, you are providing us with your personal information. This will be kept strictly secured. Under no circumstances will we pass/sell/swap any of your personal details with any third party. We use this information only and strictly to identify your orders, provide you with new product launch or sale events, and to personalise your shopping experience with us.
We promise to refund any unused item you are not entirely pleased with when you return it to us in sale-able condition along with original jewellery packaging by post within 14 days of receipt.
We're afraid returns that are received in unsatisfactory condition or misplaced in the post will be rejected and will be bared by the customer.
We expect most parcels to be refunded within 7 days of reaching us,
This does not include your bank's processing time. we will email you to let you know once your returned parcel has been received and your refund has been issued.
Please note refunds can only be credited to your original method of payment.
For hygiene reasons, we don't refund earrings.
Out of stock items
Customers may choose to submit their email address to join a waitlist for sold out items. In this case we will notify you by email within 24 hours of the product being restocked on the website. Please be aware that, on occasion, certain products that are in high demand might sell out again by the time you receive our email notification and visit our website.
